I-deas Sold-To-ID/Installation #:
- Unix - <install_directory>/install/custid.dat (
if the <install_directory>/install/custid.dat file exists, the id should be displayed
in the I-deas startup text displayed in
the startup "window".)
- Windows -Windows Registry Key =HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\UGS
(or EDS) \I-DEAS\10.00.000
String Value Name = Installation Number
You can do a registry search for "installation number" and
it should take you right to it.
Tecnomatix
The Sold-To-ID for Tecnomatix is the first line of the license file.
The license file resides in C:\Program Files\Tecnomatix\License for the PC
products for the Process Planner family and Robcad. The Valisys license directory
does not contain a reference to the license file; the customer will need to
look at the license file as received in their email.
For Robcad on Unix, the license directory depends on how the system administrator
organized the installation.
